Art is like life because it’s made slowly, one thing at a time. It can say that, you’re a wonderful person or that there is a strength of character that shows through in your every moment. It can also call out every single one of your flaws and amplify harsh moments a thousand times over.

It is context, everything happens in a place but also surrounded by places. There is a specificity to your existence, not a generality, a celebration of the “mundane” and “service”. You’re a filter, you are significant, but what’s truly special is not how or when you make it but if.
